Student placed as Visual Merchandiser for luxury multi-brand store

FAD student Hien Tran gets placed with Nikita Efremov, a multi-brand store located in Mall of the Emirates, as a Visual Merchandiser.

Armed with theoretical knowledge and vast industry integrated exposure, courses at FAD strike the apt equilibrium between theoretical and practical learning required in the Fashion Industry. Luxury Brand Management student, Hien Tran recently bagged a position in the capacity of Visual Merchandiser at the spectacular multi-store brand, Nikita Efermov in Dubai.

Having its roots firm in Russia, the opulent multi-brand resale store has expanded its wings in Asia by opening up its store in Mall of Emirates, Dubai. Nikita Efremov is home to Yeezy’s , Nike Air Jordan’s alongside luxury products like limited edition Tiffany & Co. basket, and many more.

When solicited about this highlight in her journey, Hien responded, "As a student at FAD, my vision was to complete my course and return to work in my country after I graduate. Until I landed an opportunity to work with Nikita Efremov - a multi-brand resale store, where I am able to truly hone my skills and express myself.”

When prompted about her experience at Nikita Efremov, with much enthusiasm Hien responded, ”I work closely with the Founders & Operations team based in Russia, on the store concept in the Mall of the Emirates. Moreover, I was involved with the architectural layout of the stores, their adaptation to the business plan and how to display the products and represent the brand image."
