Delivery Policy

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

 

The fees paid are non-refundable unless the course has been cancelled by FAD INSTITUTE OF LUXURY FASHION AND STYLE FZ LLC. If the course is cancelled, fees shall be refunded in full. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

In the event of a student failing to attend the confirmed course or complete the course for any reason other than in the unlikely event that the course is cancelled by FAD INSTITUTE OF LUXURY FASHION AND STYLE FZ LLC, no refunds or deposits of fees paid will be made. Entitlement to a later course date will be gained at the discretion of FAD INSTITUTE OF LUXURY FASHION AND STYLE FZ LLC.

 

2. Fees are non-refundable. Students can request to transfer the course to another available date.

 

3 FAD INSTITUTE OF LUXURY FASHION AND STYLE FZ LLC reserves the right to cancel any courses prior to commencement of the course for unavoidable circumstances, or other unexpected circumstances that might compromise the standard of study experience received. In this instance, the communication of any such cancellation will be given prior to the commencement of the course without any liability on the part of the FAD INSTITUTE OF LUXURY FASHION AND STYLE FZ LLC. All students will also be given the opportunity to attend an alternative course date or will be refunded the FULL FEE.

 

4. A student is accepted for enrollment on and subject to the conditions that the student will attend the course on the commencement date and at the time specified.

 

5. Fees are not refundable if the course is interrupted or cancelled through an act of God or terrorist act. FAD INSTITUTE OF LUXURY FASHION AND STYLE FZ LLC will make all provisions to continue the course with a changed schedule. 

 

6. Classes will commence promptly at the published times irrespective of whether all students are present. Classes will not be delayed to wait for latecomers, and teachers are not responsible for repeating work missed due to late arrival. Session hours can be varied at the discretion of FAD INSTITUTE OF LUXURY FASHION AND STYLE FZ LLC.

 

7. Paying for and/or attending a course fully does not guarantee a certificate of achievement. Awards of achievement are gained by the successful fulfilment of the criteria set out by the course. For 1 Week Online course, attendance to all sessions is mandatory to receive the certificate. 

 

8. Time off for official religious holidays booked holidays, and planned weddings, medical appointments etc. must be discussed and agreed before application. We recommend that all absence be avoided where possible. 

 

9. It is regretted that due to the possibility of copyright infringement, the use of video cameras is not permitted. Audio recording equipment may be permitted by specific arrangement and for educational purposes. Students will get access to online members login to access videos and other content.

 

10. It is not the responsibility of FAD INSTITUTE OF LUXURY FASHION AND STYLE FZ LLC or individual teachers to provide additional teaching hours for students to ‘catch up’ on education missed due to lateness or absenteeism for whatever reason. 

 

11. All course contents, their elements and fees are subject to change without any prior notice to students at the discretion of FAD INSTITUTE OF LUXURY FASHION AND STYLE FZ LLC.

 

12. It is expected that all students will behave in a polite manner, be courteous to other students and respectful to all tutors. All students are required to understand that other students require assistance and support. In the event that a student becomes disruptive, the Institute reserves the right to issue a verbal and written warning. If this does not resolve the matter, FAD INSTITUTE OF LUXURY FASHION AND STYLE FZ LLC reserves the right at our discretion to remove the student from the course. In these circumstances, no refund of any course fees paid will be due.
