Fashion Styling students execute a lookbook shoot at the ARC store in Dubai Mall.
As part of the practical learning under the Fashion Styling course, students worked on a live project with American Rag Cie under the guidance of Ms. Sima Maalouf, Fashion Editor of Haya Magazine and Marie Claire Arabia. The shoot at the ARC store in Dubai Mall provided students with insights on how to create looks for e-commerce and social media platforms.
The project theme was contemporary street wear, whereof the captures were styled in harmony with the ARC store merchandise and interiors. Covering diverse hues from the color palette from winter monotones to vivid neon’s and subdued pastels infused in an array of silhouettes like bardot tops, cargo pants, coordinates, hot pants, relaxed shirts and dresses accessorized with caps and sunglasses. Not to forget the show stopping element - the captivating skater boots in eccentric hues!
FAD constantly receives support by ARC for its emerging talents offering them live projects to masterclasses and store visits, enabling students to practically learn the industry norms and standards.
