An immersive session with Citizens of Humanity Group, giving FAD students firsthand industry insight and a real editorial styling experience.

FAD Dubai hosted an esteemed delegation from Citizens of Humanity Group, featuring their globally recognised brands Agolde and Citizens of Humanity, for an immersive masterclass paired with a hands-on styling experience.
The session was led by a distinguished panel from Citizens of Humanity Group, including Rosanna Hill, PR & Communications Director; Margherita Biadico, Senior PR & Marketing Manager; and Stefani De Gasperin, Sales Director.
The session covered conscious denim manufacturing, sustainability, brand building and the evolving landscape of PR, marketing and sales—each explored with practical, industry-grounded insights.
But the highlight of the experience was the editorial styling shoot featuring Agolde, where students worked under the mentorship of FAD Mentor, Camilla Rizzolo. This hands-on component allowed them to apply the masterclass learnings instantly—styling, visualising and executing looks in a real creative setup.

This integrated masterclass and shoot reinforces FAD’s commitment to bridging academics with industry, ensuring students learn not just from global leaders but also through direct creative application.
