Academic & Student Relations Officer

 Location: FAD Dubai Campus

Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Academic & Student Relations Officer to join our team in Dubai. This position provides important support to the students & mentors of the FAD campus in various areas, ensuring a seamless experience for all the relevant stakeholders. The role will consist of both reoccurring daily and ad-hoc tasks assigned as needed. The role will also be expected to lead coordination within a team of SR executives and assist to set processes for the Dubai campus.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Communication, Management or similar).
- Proven experience in education or a related role.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in scheduling.
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
- Enthusiasm for promoting education and creativity.
