Shyam Sunder is one of the leading marketers in the region with rich experience in building successful brands across categories and markets. The first half of his career was in advertising, having started with DDB in India building the businesses of several successful brands including Citibank, Apple and Henkel. Shyam went on to become the Country Head of a leading Brand Activation agency before moving to Dubai.

In 2005, Shyam moved to the Marketing side of the table, and after a successful stint in Real Estate, moved to Retail. He was with the Landmark Group, the retail conglomerate heading the Marketing of Centrepoint, the largest fashion retailer in the region since 2010 where he transformed its business with path-breaking creativity and innovation which won market share and awards from all over the world.

Shyam is an Executive Member of the Marketing Society, speaks at leading marketing and advertising forums and institutes, and is listed in the Top Marketers in GCC by Gulf Marketing Review and the Top 10 Clients by the B&W Report 2019.
